The automatic stay will usually halt the commencement, enforcement or appeal of actions and judgments against a debtor from the creditors they owe money to that are attempting to collect these debts incurred prior to the bankruptcy petition. Because we spend about 1/3 of our lives in bed, it is important that our sleep experience is not only peaceful, but also healthy. Many people suffering from severe allergies and respiratory illnesses do not realize that it may be their bedding that is a contributing factor aggravating their condition. Dust mites, pet dander, and mold and mildew in our bedding can trigger allergic reactions. The results can be inflamed, congested, and irritated respiratory passages, as well as wheezing, watery eyes, constant sneezing, skin irritations such as eczema, and an uncomfortable sleep. Located in Montral, Quebec, Canada, Smartsilk(TM) is a company specializing in hypoallergenic bedding products that eliminates allergens in bedding which can improve your physical and emotional health.

OK, you’re ready to take your company to the next level and your CFO and legal counsel have advised you to go public to raise capital as well as to retain some of those prize employees with stock options and to bait that new sales executive with a signing bonus made up of stock options. You’ve looked into everything from pink sheets to reverse mergers to OTCBB to IPO and you have come to the conclusion you’re going to need to take on investors so that you can afford to follow through with your plan. If you’re lacking the funds to dive right in and start creating your public structure, here is a way that just about any business can afford to go public.

When we say someone is ‘telepathic’ what do we really mean? Most people just dismiss the idea of telepathy as belonging to mysticism or science fiction. On the other hand, don’t we live in a world where people fly on a regular basis? Where information floats invisibly through the air for use with laptops and cell phones? Where anyone can conjure a flame in their hand with the use of a $1 cigarette lighter?
