How to Improve Memory Instantly With These Methods

We tend to forget just how amazing are brains really are. But it\’s important not to take your brain for granted, and one way to treat it well is to take the time when you first wake up to stimulate your brain. This is easy to do, does not take much time, can be done in the comfort of your bed, but will help your brain and help you prepare for the day ahead.

How to improve your memory? Set your alarm to ring at least ten minutes ahead of the time that you need to get up. By doing so, you can enjoy this extra time to provide stimulation to your brain without being concerned about not making it to work on time. Stretch every section of your body while concentrating intensely on each area as you do so.

As you are stimulating your brain in the morning before you get out of bed, you are going to stimulate the nerve endings to your brain. If you often end up sluggish in the morning then this could be a great way to wake you up and get your day off to a better start. When you stimulate your brain each morning before you get out of bed you will be safer too.

Many people discover that they have increased levels of alertness as they travel to work and that this is retained throughout the day when they begin with brain stimulation. As children we are naturally highly visual.

How to improve memory? You can turn back the hands of time though and incorporate them into your morning routine. Imagine yourself as a princess or a rock star before you get out of bed in the morning. Stimulate your brain by focusing on the vivid images of what would unfold in your life. Try to incorporate all of our senses into those images as well.

The more senses you can bring together into your imagination, the higher the level of stimulation you will send to your brain. Set up your stereo with classical music so that you can turn it on without getting out of bed in the morning. Listen intently to it for around ten minutes. By so doing you will expand your mind to think of a multitude of things.

As you become more familiar with the music it is going to be easier to end up thinking about something else as you listen to it. Don\’t let that happen though make a conscious effort to focus all of your attention on only the music for that span of time. Some people would prefer to engage in such a process before bed to help them unwind. So the best rule of thumb if you want to really stimulate your brain is to take part in such activities first thing in the morning
